Aside from having a knowledgeable and approachable sales representative, one of the biggest advantages for us is the land elevation. The backyard is mostly flat, which makes a huge difference — especially since we have a child. It allows us to truly enjoy and safely use the outdoor space. Compared to other communities we considered, particularly those with steeper elevations like some areas built by Ryan Homes, the flat yard at Stanley Martin is a major plus. I recently purchased a townhouse at the Essence at Creekside and I’m so excited for all of the years to come in my new home! From the moment I toured the model, I knew it was the one. The space and finishes are amazing, especially for the price. The layout feels so thoughtfully designed, and I love that the location offers a nice balance of quiet and convenience. It has everything that I have been looking for. I also want to give a huge shoutout to Garrett, who assisted me throughout the process. Since day one, he’s been available to answer all my questions and has gone above and beyond to make everything feel seamless. He’s extremely knowledgeable, kind, and patient.
