LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS! This place is moldy and INFESTED WITH ROACHES AND OTHER BUGS?! WATER LEAKS THROUGH THE CEILING OF MY LIVING ROOM AND CLOSET!! Staff is absolutely useless and oh don’t even think about calling the number on here cause it won’t even work!! Terrible place and I don’t understand how you can charge 2025 rent FOR THIS ABSOLUTE TRASH OF A PLACE! You’re better off at the apartments next door! OR ANYWHERE ELSE AROUND THE BLOCK FOR THAT MATTER!

Bad place to live,the worst The manager is so rude ,maintenance take forever to show up and when they do, they don’t do anything about it , if they try to fix it look like they don’t know what they doing cuz look the same and leave a mess cuz they not even clean after trying to fix something , i have a hole in my room called them many times they havent fix it , outside my apartment door is hole supposedly they fixed it but as you can see still there so so disappointed hope no one go through .

Best apartments in the area. The rooms are huge and our view from the 3rd floor was great. We could see Riverdale Road. Watching cars slide on the ice during the winter ice storms was a blast. Watching the river in the back get high and run fast during storms was also fun. The pool was big enough for me. Having the trash room in the basement was convenient during the winter. These apartments use to be called Riverdale Town Apts. I knew tons of my neighbors and being able to walk to the 7-11 across the street and the Safeway grocery store down the street was also very convenient. They should replant the Crabtree's that grew out front.

We had moved here recently and we really love our apartment home. The office staff Ms. Brenda is very nice and she is very professional and she is always here to handle any concerns. Lilly Gardens Apartments. is a very good place to call home. I highly recommend this place to anyone that is looking for an apartment home.

Is a nice area, I’m loving my apartment but the reason why I am giving 3 stars is because of the staff,, those ladies are very rude to talk,, you greet them they don’t answer sometimes, they look like they’re depressed in their office. There are ways to talk to the people living in your complex, but they’re just RUDE RUDE RUDE..
