The most expensive and the worst title company in volusia county. They will screw you over if they get the chance. This title company engages in so many conflicts of interest it’s not even funny. The least bang for you buck in real estate award should go to lighthouse title. The longer you’ve been with them the more like trash they will treat you. I would recommend any other title company or better yet real estate attorney to do your closings at. Attorneys charge less for a closing than lighthouse and actually know a thing or two about real estate. Seriously, avoid like the plague. At lighthouse title you pay a lot and get very little.

Christina Marrero truly went above and beyond assisting my father who is disabled with a very challenging closing! She tirelessly followed up with the HOA to obtain the documents needed to close.
