BEWARE! Find another brokerage! I was dealing with Chelsey Walter’s, The screenshot of her text messages to me says everything. I replied to her ad on Facebook about an apartment for rent in north Miami, asked for details and requested to see the place. She replied “I don’t show one apartment. Choose 3-4 from the list I sent you (200+ random listings from MLS) and I’ll show you all of them at the same time. She was very rude, not well spoken at all to say the least, and very unprofessional. Then I tried reaching this broker office that she’s working under to report the interaction, someone picked up the phone and hung up as soon as I said I have a problem with one of their agents. Slammed the phone in my face mid sentence.

Carolina Sassi was nothing but rude and inconsiderate to me throughout the entire process. She treats homeowners like royalty and tenants like peasants who should never dare to question her. We found a home to rent, and she was our main point of contact for communicating with the homeowners. After we already had a lease in place, I needed to speak with the landlords to sort out a few things. She refused to give me their phone number—even though it was already listed on the lease. I contacted the landlord myself to request access to the keys a week in advance so we could begin moving our belongings. The landlord had no issue with this, but Carolina went behind our backs and told the landlord not to give us the keys until the first of the month—despite the fact that we had already paid $10
