I lived her since November. I give a huge thanks to Hannah in the front office. She a very detailed and professional person. I appreciate the time she took to explain the process and made it a smooth transition for my move. So far so good. Very quite no loud neighbors everyone is respectful. It feels like a home comfy and plenty of sunlight that I love!

I am coming up on my year anniversary here and I got to say the incompetence is unparalleled. Short version is nothing works, repair response is limited and mgmt does not care. Long version is i started with a broken washer/dryer and despite stressing how important in unit laundry was before even moving in they made little effort to repair. After almost 6 months I got a new washer but still have the same dryer. I have to "dry" 3-4 times still. In June I was informed that they had decommissioned my ac unit before I moved in october. Did not get a new on until September. The apartment above me flooded and leaked into my kitchen. None of the water damage was fixed, only a new light was put on. Don't waste your money! The leasing staff appears nice and supportive until your first maintenance issue. Expect broken pipes, leaks, mold, flooding, mushrooms growing out of your bathroom ceiling, collapse ceilings, bugs and no upgrades to your unit but an increase $250+ a year in rent. They don't tell you that your unit has a vent on the outside of the unit in the hallway, heating and cooling the building. Also, others can hear everything going on in your living room through the hallway vent. They don't respond to maintenance request in the State regulated time manner. Instead they mark the request as completed and don't repair the problem up to 3 months later. They made some changes after 8 individuals contacted Code Enforcement. We had no electricity for a month in the master bedroom and bathroom. They sent maintenance several times unannounced to the apartment over that period to fix a problem the electrician fixed in 10 minutes. The parking completely unregulated and never any spots available. If you have a toddler even if not, parking across a two way street to get to your complex is ridiculous and a safety hazard for $1600 apartments. The management is TERRIBLE, they are inhuman and lack any empathy. The continuing water issues, flooding and leaking. The sewage would always stop working. They charge for EVERY UTIITY BUT TRASH. The repairs and upgrades are done cheaply. You can hear most noises through the walls, ceilings, and floors. This place is overpriced for the trash quality. They will charge you late fee

It would be nice to have the car lines redone. Also i understand rent goes up. But why does it have to go up every renewal. When i moved in here going on 4 years it was 879 month. Now its 1287 that's crazy. I just feel like im getting pushed out. Im a single person and checks can't keep up. Just wanted to give my opinion. I love living here and would like to keep living here.
