Liberty Heights Apartments

I recently moved into Liberty Heights Apartments with my two boys and our little dog Zoey, and I’m very grateful for how smooth the process was thanks to Erika. Moving can be stressful, but she made everything so much easier by patiently walking me through the paperwork and explaining everything I needed to know about the complex. Erika took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt prepared and comfortable before moving in. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help really stood out and made a big difference for my family. Wow! The staff here is amazing. I have lived in a lot of places and the office staff, Jill and Erika, are the kindest souls I have met in a long time and now let's get to maintenance, Dakota and Mike. They are the reason I really say WOW! They go above and beyond and are actually very nice guys. You can tell this staff really cares and it shows everywhere you look. Definitely recommend this place to others!

IMPORTANT! To know what you’re actually getting for what you are paying. I moved into Liberty Heights a little over two years ago to be closer to my three grandchildren. My rents is $943 a month, I pay a sewer charge of $120 a month, $35 a month for water, $6 for pest control, $20 a month for trash, (We have dumpsters that we bring our trash to) $10 a month administration fees, this is not include your electric or gas, which about $260 a month on average sometimes more, So I end up paying about $1400 a month. This is for a one bedroom apartment. The amenities here include a swimming pool and a laundry facility a very small fenced in dog park. Washier and dryer hookups were put in my unit the second year I was here. The washer and dryer hook ups were put in my dining room. Which only holds

Moved into the 300 building on August 2nd. They were nice and helpful throughout the process but I had the worst experience of my life living in that building. ROACHES everywhere. It was not disclosed to me there was a pest problem and the lease said there wasn’t one. I saw a roach my first night there and immediately reported it. They said they would get me on a list to get treatment. I did not get treatment until a month later. This treatment was a preventive treatment (they sent out a building-wide email). If you know anything about roaches, preventive treatment on an ongoing infestation does very little. I continued to see roaches two weeks after treatment was done. I am going to say that these issues were due to management problems. There was no management for a while and as soon as a

10/10 Highly recommend moving here. Community events, amenities, and I have a washer/dryer hookup. Very well kept inside and out, can't wait for summer to go swimming! Office staff and management are super friendly and feel very welcoming. I feel like I'm finally home.
