Crossroads Village Apartments

We visit our daughter frequently at Crossroads Village Apartments in Liberty, Missouri. We are pleased with the care that the manager, Danielle, and her team provide. The halls were recently painted and new carpet put down. Maintenance requests are responded to in an appropriate time frame. Regular maintenance, spraying to keep pests away, and constant checking of property and buildings is maintained! 😊👍👍👍

Danielle F has been so helpful and responds quickly to my emails and doesn’t make me feel dumb for my questions. She makes me look forward to applying on Thursday regardless of the approval or denial I’ll get she was the best person to help me out! Can’t wait!

I came in with a rather unique ever-changing situation and Danielle took extra care to work with me to find what worked the best for me! After our first conversation and hearing just how excited Danielle was about her complex and all the things she has been adding to it, I had no doubt that’s where I knew I could live and be in great hands! In a world where good customer service seems to be a thing of the past anymore, it was truly a relief to find someone like Danielle and Crossroads!

I lived here for almost 4 years. When we 1st moved in management was terrible but after they hired Danielle things changed very quickly. I have had nothing but good experiences with her and she is always just a call away. She has been amazing and we are sad to be leaving her. If you're looking for a good renting experience I highly recommend giving Danielle a call!

Danielle is an amazing property manager. I remember waiting for weeks to get a work order done before she started working here.Not anymore! Work orders are fixed on time and she is quick to respond to emails. Thank you for all you do Danielle!
