Thomson Affinity Title, LLC

I used this title company to close when I bought my house in 2021. They did NOT do their due diligence in investigating and researching that the house I bought was actually under an HOA. 5 years later, I got a lien and invoice in the mail for past due HOA and late fees. I contacted them about title insurance and they told me they were not responsible, even though they were the ones that facilitated the purchase. Do not use this company for closing.

Thomson Affinity Title is by far the best title company in the Northland. I have worked with Lisa Spurgeon for almost 11 years now and I highly recommend this company and the entire staff!! I recently had a complicated closing that would not have closed on time if not for Lisa and Amy .. Thomson-Affinity Title Company is top notch! They made the purchase of our new home seamless! Candace was super professional and spent a few hours with us beforehand answering our questions. They helped us ensure the timing was right on with the closing of both of our homes. This was very important to us because the transfer of our funds was pivotal to us getting into our new home a few hours early. I am an educator and we were moving on the first day of school. I couldn't recommend this company more. They took very good care of us!

I have been doing my closings with Thomson Affinity for the last 15 years or so. They are very knowledgeable and professional. Lisa is one of the best in the business. Her and her team are very detail oriented and two steps ahead of the process to insure timely closings.
