Unfortunately, our experience with Robin was extremely disappointing and, in our opinion, unprofessional. We clearly communicated our monthly budget from the beginning. Despite that, we were shown a home that was roughly $1,000 over what we said we could afford. After we expressed interest, instead of acknowledging it was outside our price range, Robin suggested that we find new jobs and essentially restructure our lives to make the purchase work. That felt inappropriate and dismissive of the financial boundaries we had already set. When we later explained that those remarks made us uncomfortable, we were told that our expectations were “unreasonable” and “unrealistic.” and told that “if he was us, he’d hold off a few years so we can save and have options in our budget.” and “if the market
