LGI Homes - Mirror Lakes

Bought in this neighborhood in 2022. We love our house. We’ve had to make repairs and upgrades to make it right for us. Prepare to live with noise including music and gunfire living in this specific neighborhood. The traffic on 82 is very dangerous, trucks pull in and out from the gas station at the corner. I have some very nice neighbors and some that make the place not worth staying. Be warned to do a very good check of your home before the year “inspection” to fix any defects… especially to the flooring.

We had a fantastic experience with Daniel from LGI Homes while buying our first home. He kept us updated throughout the construction process with pictures and videos, answering all our questions along the way. Daniel’s service was professional, responsive, and he genuinely cared for our needs as a family. We are in love with our new home and it’s all thanks to Daniel’s help. Mirror Lakes is a beautiful community, with beautiful large size homes. If you are looking for big lots and a huge yard. Look no further These homes are beautiful, the warranties they offer alone take away the worry of big expenses in the near future. No HOA fees. I am relocating from Weston . My sales rep is Daniel. Daniel was very down to Earth, easy to work with, and really took the time to get to know me and my individual needs as a home buyer. At no point during our one day home shopping did I feel pressured, rushed, on the contrary. I felt he was trying his very best to find me exactly what I was looking for. I recommend Daniel 100%. !

i got rude staff, and they didnt know more than 1 language. SOOO i had to speak to them in English. and i barely understood anything they said, due to stuttering words, and slurring. :<
