Visited LGI home recently In battleground. Bobby is amazing, went throughly with each of my requirements in buying a home. Specially for new buyers we don't know much. He provided me a lot of knowledge on what to expect in monthly payment and the process..LGI home were beautiful. Everyone is very kind and Bobby was super nice, kind and patience. Never rushed me. It's growing, homes are still building everyone should definitely check it out with 3.99% mortgage deals. I am a customer when I like people or place can't stop praising Abt them. He also gives u time to decide, I visited multiple home with him that fits my requirements. Home is home after all not house wht they say.

I should've written this a while ago but I want to call out Jordan the construction manager who has been amazing to work with. He has helped us with our small repairs before our warranty is up, listening to our concerns and finding solutions for us and has all around been really easy to work with plus he really does care about his clients! Jordan has helped us so much as first time home buyers- saying he's gone above and beyond feels like an understatement, I absolutely recommend Jordan to anyone working with Lgi in the area!

From the office staff to the contractors to everyone involved the loan officers, everyone these people are amazing. They treat you better than family. They walk you through every step of the way they got us into the home of our dreams. They’ve changed our entire lives with this home they’re fantastic LGI homes they’re amazing if you’re looking for a home do you have any doubts? Go see them because if it can be done, they’re gonna do it. They’re fantastic. Can’t say enough good things. The homes are beautiful. The people are beautiful. They stick by your side. They have patience. They’re just amazing.

My Fiance and I are somewhat of a unique story for LGI as we started our homebuying process nine months ago while we waited for construction to finish on our home. Throughout the entire process, LGI as a company was fantastic but specifically Steve was amazing. We were always kept in the loop, our voices were always heard and we got nothing but transparency and openness in return. I genuinely could not have asked for a more positive experience, and I would absolutely recommend LGI to a family member or friend.

Home buying process was super simplified with Bobby’s help making sure we had everything we needed. Construction manager, Jordan, had great customer service and responded quickly to requests!
