Alder Pointe Apartments

Love these apartments! I lived here for a little over five years and these are definitely luxury apartments. They are so nice inside And the area feels really really safe. They had a couple different managers while I was there, but all the managers that were there were super awesome and helpful. I ended up moving out January 31 of 2026 and I’m definitely going to miss living there. I have a house now, so that is super awesome but if I was going to go back into apartment, I would definitely choose these. Thank you for everything, Alder Pointe!

You can get in there with ease but they'll never let you leave. Consider this the hotel California of Washington. They'll send you a letter saying anything you need will help you out with but then when you ask for something "oh no we can't do that"I lived there for 7 years. They change apartment managers Nike would exchange a penny. Too much money low product. The cupboards are all particle board. Way too much rent. The pool was hardly open. Your sinks with plug. Your water heater will break. You should really learn how to use a circuit box

This complex is a decent place to live and people working in the management office are very polite and mostly helpful. I am writing this in hopes the owner ( who I see responds to reviews) may be willing to consider my point. Due to the fact they have a sprinkler system on every balcony/ patio, they allow grills and many enjoy that. The problem that is not considered is the smoke that is produced. The smoke fills my apartment every time the neighbors under use it and I cannot escape it even if I take my AC unit out of the window and shut all the windows. If you have health and breathing medical issues the only option is to leave for a few hours and hope to air the apartment out as best as possible upon return. Sincerely, this apartment complex is 5 stars all day. Every apartment has its downsides (I'll list the ones here) but I'd recommend Alder pointe anyday. Management is phenomenal, they handle maintenance requests right away. Nick, Elijah, Angela are just a few of the people I can think of off the top of my head that work here and are incredible to work with, but everybody else seems awesome too! The neighbors are a 7/10 experience! Some are awesome, some are raising some very poorly behaved children. The dogs are awesome, some real awesome puppers here for sure. I think my absolute least favorite part of living here has been the noise. Not from my neighbors, we RARELY hear from them, but the street noise. I love it here. The property management is awesome (Tim and Sheldon). There is a lot of construction going on, but only during the day. I like Battle Ground, I out of all the higher end apartments I looked at in the area, this was the least expensive, had the best management, and is the quietest. Having lived in rentals all over the U.S. - you are always going to have issues out of your control. Does parking get tight? Yes. I rent a garage. Parking issues are a fact of life in a rental community. If I had to complain - it is my community neighbors who smoke on a non-smoking property, and then don't police their cigarette butts. Of course, the irresponsible pet owners who don't clean up after their dogs. But overall the community is well taken care of, and suits my needs perfectly.
