Aho Construction - Battle Ground

Working with DeLancey in the River Bend office has been such a smooth process and she has been incredibly helpful every step of the way. She is not pushy and doesn’t make you feel like she is a sales person who only wants to make a buck off of you. She has been so kind during this whole process and also very sweet with our 1 year old son making him laugh every time we come in. The homes in River Bend are such incredible quality and the builder really takes great care in giving their clients the best of the best in these homes. Thank you for everything DeLancey! We can’t wait to move in. :)

Just moved into my new AHO home in mid Dec. 2025.. I checked out all of the builders in Vancouver & Battle Ground over the course of a year, & found AHO to have the best quality, workmanship & features for the same money. They use all wood soft close cabinets, kwikset locks and knobs, moen fixtures and so far haven't found anything that needs touch up or repairs on new construction. Very energy efficient homes and they do things other builders don't. Many used cheaper plumbing fixtures and no hardware on the cabinets. I always look at things like the kind of baseboard and millwork if they had it and AHO has millwork around each window and door entry. No corners cut...good quality for the money AND they even landscape both front & back yards with grass & put up fencing, whereas just

When my wife Cathy first met Da Lancy,we were very impressed with her knowledge of all of the homes that were for sale in the Aho area.Even thou we were not qualified at the time,Da Lanci still showed us several homes.This is why we came back several times to look at AHO homes.Eventually we bought our home.We would recommend Da Lancy and AHO homes to anyone for the professional and ki d ways we were treated....Mark and Cathy Johnson.
