Worst apartments in Oxford! Avoid like the plague. They do NOT take care of these apartments. They are falling apart. We were put into a unit that was awful! There was mold falling out of the shower, animal hair all around the edges of the bedroom, the kitchen was in terrible shape, it was dark and depressing, the dryer was burnt on the inside and all cut up, there was a bathroom without a safety electrical outlet (GFCI). This place is an absolute health hazard and hellhole! And even though they did not provide us with a clean apartment that was to code, they still enforced the early lease break fee. Pics are of animal hair, kitchen counter top, mold & hair in shower. They did not even have the place cleaned before we moved in. AND LEXINGTON POINTE’S RESPONSE IS A LIE. THEY ARE NOT SORRY.

I've been living at Lexington Pointe for the past 3 years and I can honestly say I've enjoyed my time here. The place is well kept and in a very convenient location. Maintenance and the staff here is beyond helpful. They usually handle your request within minutes if it's a weekday during working hours. They replaced my washer and dryer in a matter of days when both went out all of a sudden. The only reason i'm leaving is because my fiancee got a job in Southaven. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet spot in Oxford that's around everything.

Came into the apartments today extremely frustrated! Let’s just say Crystal and Adrianna are angel’s on earth. The best staff and the apartments are extremely well-kept, hoping to call this place my home soon. Thank you both for today. 10/10 recommend staying here, I can tell I will enjoy my stay.

I lived at Lexington Pointe for 2 years after moving from out of state for the first time ever. I enjoyed my two years there and highly recommend Lexington Pointe for your housing needs! Front office staff was always professional & the maintenance staff was superb. The 2 times I needed their help in my unit they were quick to respond and get my issues fixed. As someone who worked in facility operations I was very appreciative of their work. Complex was pretty quiet year-round and they would host monthly events for residents and their families. I had my dog with me so it was pet friendly with plenty of green areas to go on walks.

THE STAFF AND MANAGEMENT ARE SO TERRIBLE. They never answer the phone or return messages. I’ve been here since March 2023 and there has been new staff almost each month and they get more incompetent each time! No lie! I’ve put in several maintenance requests and pest control for wasp and flies and ladybugs and they did nothing. One guy came and gave me wasp and hornet spray and told me to do it myself. He didn’t check to see how they were coming in or nothing. Management did inspections and I show the and she said she will put in a pest control order and guess what SHE NEVER PUT IT IN. Three staff members walked in my apartment I physically showed them the problem and they did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. So what is the monthly pest control fee for if I have to control the pest myself?
