Lexington Hills Apartments

I absolutely love living at Lexington Hills Apartments! Victoria in management is awesome, and maintenance is always completed on time. Justin is very informative, and Silvio is amazing, he even brings treats for my dog whenever he comes by for a work order, which truly means a lot. Communication here is great, the pool is an awesome amenity, and there’s plenty of free surface-lot parking. The location is perfect too, close to so many restaurants and shops in Eagan. I genuinely love living here and highly recommend it!

I have lived here since 2018. I've seen this place have it's ups and downs. I was so close to moving out a couple years ago because the management at that time was a goat rodeo surfing in the midst of a tsunami. However, since the new management took over in early 2024 (I think?) it has been incredible! Victoria is doing such a wonderful job! The complex overall has undergone many much needed renovations and repairs> It's been a complete overhaul! If something needs to be fixed, its done immediately! Victoria is absolutely wonderful, kind an compassionate! She and her team have really turned this place around for the best and I highly recommend living here!

I just moved in with my girlfriend here at Lexington Hills. I like the property, the neighbors are friendly. It’s pretty quiet, two entries one on each side of the building is super nice. The balconies are really nice too. The apartment is renovated and they did a very good job gives a homey, chill, upscale vibe. The pool is awesome it’s even temperature regulated which is nice. Maintenance is super friendly and responsive Silvio and Justin do an amazing job no matter what the work order is. Victoria the manager is awesome she welcomed me with open arms, is always giving a wave or saying hi when I see her and made the process of being added to my girls lease as smooth as can be. I highly recommend Lexington Hills Apartments.

Lexington Hills Apartments is a great place to live. I have been here for 10 years and I am planning on renewing my lease again. Of all the owner and management changes that have gone on in the last 10 years, this is by far the most professional and well organized group of people I have seen since I have been here. They have turned this property around from the hole it was in from the previous owners to a very respected place to live that can compete with any around. Come and check us out. You won't be sorry. I think you will like it as much as I do!

From the very first meeting with the leasing agent, we have been extremely impressed with management staff at Lexington Hills. They've gone above and beyond to get the minor maintenance issues we've had. The apartment is lovely, the hallways and laundry areas are clean and the snow removal has been excellent. Victoria has been friendly and professional and efficient. Overall, we're very pleased to have chosen to move here.
