Lexington Flats

It pains me to say that this beautiful building has the WORST management possible, I’ve exhausted every single option. Living here was great at first. I would go as far to say it was perfect! However due to the management, i plan on leaving here next year. I cannot go another 12 months dealing with the old wrinkly lady in the management office. I have gotten stuff stolen from me, NUMEROUS times. They stole $2.6k from me, packages left and right, police report for each of them!! My daughter went without this Christmas because they stole her Nintendo switch. I have spoken with management every single time, i was turned away each time. She will not check the cameras, at all. Nice new apartment complex. The location is weird but at least they have underground parking. My mail is always getting left outside the box but so far everything is good. I do hate that they don't allow curtains. The office lady swore that you can't see through the shades but uhhhhh when I was driving home one night I could see inside my apartment clear as day. And where my parking stall is is where they keep the dumpsters, it's so annoying especially when it blocks me from parking correctly. And it smells and makes my car smell too. 🤢🤮🤭

This is a great place to live! This new building is very clean and it's in a great location, minutes from MOA and the Outlet Mall. Management is super friendly!!

The cops are at this apartment building every other day. The tenant are horrible drivers speeding through out our neighborhood, illegal u turns, and pulling out into a busy street with out looking .
