I toured with Taylor today, and she was incredibly nice and friendly her vibe was absolutely great and she was very helpful telling me about the property. She made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived, which really set the tone for the whole experience. The units are clean, spacious, and offered at a great price point. You can tell the community is well‑maintained and thoughtfully managed. If you’re looking for a place that feels inviting from the start, definitely stop by and check it out. I recently moved into Lexington - 12000 Sawmill Rd and I couldn’t be happier. Taylor is a fantastic manager who truly cares about residents and provides excellent customer service. The apartments are well maintained, comfortable, and offered at great prices. Highly recommend this community to anyone looking for quality living wonderful.

Very happy and satisfied with the apartment I rented here at Lexington Apartments. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The paperwork and booking process was very easy thanks to Yasleidy, an excellent advisor. She showed us the place and all its amenities. Thank you very much in advance, 100% recommended.

My experience living here was great. staff are friendly and willing to help, maintenance does good job on doing fixes in my apartment, and communicating with me at times it needs a couple days to get repaired which did not affect my daily basis. I do recommend few friends and they too loved it. its very convenient being close to 45 and the woodlands for hiking/biking trails.

I have never written a negative review in my life — until living here. Lexington Apartments has been the most stressful and disrespectful housing experience I’ve ever had. Management does not return calls or emails. The only way to get help is to physically go into the office, which is impossible if you work their same hours. Even then, nothing gets resolved — you’re always told “Melissa will email you,” and she never does. I was charged a late fee even though I paid on time, and it has still not been corrected after over a month of asking. This month they disabled e-check without notice, preventing me from paying rent and setting me up for another late fee. My original unit had heavy cigarette smoke coming through the air vents, dirty black air filters, and never-cleaned ducts. After mont
