Lexi Apartments

Lexi apartments was the first apartment I moved into with my partner. And, the single greatest apartment to live at. If you’re looking for a great place to live, with incredible staff. This is it. Miguel, the property manager, is incredibly kind and caring. Dani is an absolute joy, and so helpful. They both constantly go out of their way to keep Lexi fantastic. This place has it all, from stellar amenities, killer resident events, staff, and neighbors.

I moved in shortly after the building opened, and had such a great experience, I actually extended my lease after only a few months of living here. The management is wonderful, the maintenance team is extremely prompt and helpful, and everyone I’ve met here is very nice. The building is clean and well maintained. Communication to residents is clear and is provided both electronically and via letters/posted signs. I’ve seen others mention noise from upstairs neighbors, however that hasn’t been the case for me. You can hear neighbors every once in a while, but not more than I’ve experienced in other buildings. People live here, it’s not going to be completely sound proof. Great location as well. Overall I highly recommend living here!

Had to move out recently for work, but sad to do so! Loved living at Lexi, staff was always friendly and building was always kept up well.

Don’t move here unless you want to deal with several issues that management fails to even think about compensating you for and when they do, it’s only because you had to take it up with their higher management and even then, it wasn’t fair “compensation” for everything you’ve dealt with. Upon move in, I was given a washer that leaked water all over the inside of the wall and floors of my laundry closet due to a nail being put through the drain pipe during construction. Maintenance had to cut a giant hole in the drywall and leave a big fan blowing into it to try and dry up the water and prevent mold from growing -this took several weeks to fix and there were days I was unable to do my own laundry here. I also dealt with several electrical issues due to the circuit breaker for my washer/drye

I’m a new resident at the Lexi Apartments and my experience so far has been top notch. The building is fresh, modern, and clean. We’ve moved around a lot, and never settled in somewhere so quickly! The apartment itself is spacious, comfortable, and quiet. Plus there are high ceilings and tons of natural light! The staff are approachable, prompt, and incredibly friendly. Danielle, the leasing consultant, is especially amazing. She went above and beyond with both the leasing and move-in process, making sure our experience was seamless and quickly handled the few (small) issues we had. 10/10 recommend!
