Lexford at Hobe Sound Apartments

This has been the worst place we have ever lived. Termite, roach, and other pest problems that they don’t call pest control for, excessive mold everywhere even behind the walls and in the air units that they refuse to fix and just paint over, extreme humidity issues in the whole apartment (80% and sometimes higher even with a dehumidifier), old and run down, faulty appliances, and even a pipe that burst and flooded our whole room in our apartment in the middle of the night. There is no one ever at the office to contact and get ahold of. The neighborhood itself is a mess and extremely disgusting. I have gotten extremely sick and bad allergies from all of the mold. Listen up especially veterans looking for affordable housing. This place was everything I hoped for. My new home is very clean no cover ups, new appliances it’s all amazing. Ms Yanelky knows all the ins and outs and got me in on my move in date. Just wanna thank her for responding to all my questions and getting me into my new home!!!

This place is a dump. Way too expensive for what they are being build in the mid 80s. Most of the pictures online are not these apartments in Hobe Sound. Management fails (if they are ever even around or pick up the phone) to keep any standards even in the “remodeled” apartments. Rotten wood painted over, hotel room ac units in only the living room which causes the bedroom to reach upwards of 80 degrees even at night. 1st apartment we had was atrocious with constant mold issues, leaking bath fixtures, rupturing plumbing flooding the laundry room at 2 in the morning, extreme termite infestation and holes in all corners of every wall and ceiling that bugs would consistently come out of. Just stopped by looking for a place, i met the property manager America. She did a fantastic job showing me the property! Shes is very knowledgeable and walked me through the whole process. I look forward to moving in once a unit becomes available!

I called in to ask about availability and a few other questions and the apartment manager America was so so down to earth and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and booked me in for a tour next week! I can’t wait 😀
