When I put in a maintenance request to the corporate office and it's a emergency there is no way I should be waiting all day just for the office to contact me. I even looked for the maintenance person on sight and he did not know I had a maintenance request. No way should I be looking and telling the maintnence person. The office did poor communication and lazy job. I was locked out of my room and slept on the couch on the weekend as if I was homeless. No way y'all should make any tenant wait that long. When it's a emergency tripalink should act immediately within minutes so I can get inside my area of home and privacy. Not wait days or even a few hours is not acceptable. Lex 2 is completely unprofessional when it comes to move-outs. We were promised our security deposit refund within 21 business days, but that deadline has passed with zero payment. Management has stopped responding to all emails and follow-ups. They are quick to take your money when you move in, but they will "ghost" you once they owe you a refund. Renter beware: do not expect to get your deposit back without a fight.

Once I arrived, I was forced into a tandem spot shared with another tenant—something never mentioned during the leasing process.
