Just a heads-up: the landlord can be unpredictable and may harass you without clear reason. The downstairs neighbors are generally quiet and family-oriented, but the upstairs units, including 203 Karina, are often loud and prone to turning small issues into dramatic events. Package theft is also a big issue here—you rarely receive what’s delivered. Unfortunately, some neighbors act like they have control over others’ deliveries, deciding whether or not you “deserve” to receive them. It’s been a recurring problem. Police were notified and said i have evidence and I can sue them at court but I pray for them instead. Gd is good

the neighbors upstairs at 205, Karina, has made it her mission to torment others over the most trivial laughable questionable acts. instead of enjoying their home, they prowl for the next excuse to whine, complain and graffiti on their neighbors door. its not about community, its about control. you can tell Karina is miserable and they want everyone else to be too. if youre looking for peace don't live here. they treat every peaceful moment as a personal insult. they're not protecting the neighborhood and their poisining it with insecurity and drama. GROW UP. GROWN ADULTS PROJECTING THEIR UNHAPPINESS TO EVERYONE ELSE. gd is good
