Lewis Court Apartments

I moved here in September, 2017 and absolutely loved this place. The management staff were friendly and the grounds and building were well maintained. In 2018 that all changed with the departure of most of the staff members who were replaced by corporate money mongers. Everything went down hill quickly and this once beautiful place is now turning into a dump. Just about every new tenant smokes, drinks and could care less about maintaining their apartment or the rules and regulations. Management is useless and uncaring. One staff member informed a resident that the people who live at Lewis Court are demanding and impatient. Recently, the corporate name was changed from JCHA to Foothills Housing. The management is excessively arbitrary and capricious with rules. They raised the rent and impose new rules on a regular basis. The quality of the grounds maintenance has decreased and now they charge for repairs, I.e. disposal unclogging. You will love living here as long as you love the implementation of Willy-nilly new rules.

At present, management is responsive to problems and works actively to respond with solutions. It is a safe and peaceful place to live.

These senior condo buildings are not only appealing to the eye but very clean and cozy inside there for 55 and plus seniors locked entrances elevators really nice place I'm on the list

My grandma lives here. She enjoys her neighbors and the activities offered. She's able to keep her independence.
