Lenox Homes

Living in a Lenox home for sometime and previously owned a new Taylor Morrison home. I can say without a doubt the quality, fit and finish are very poor. Customer service is an important part especially purchasing a new home. Included in the purchase of our home was a one-year cover everything warranty. Every time we have contacted Lenox to get things fixed (common in new homes where paint needs to be touched up, wiring needs to be fixed, etc), they took their time in replying to our calls/emails. Several of our issues took weeks, sometimes months, to get addressed and fixed. And to top it off, we were told that some of our problems were not covered under warranty (ex. we were planning on installing a ceiling fan in our bedroom and although a separate fan and light switch were installed, t
