Lennar is the most incompetent title company I’ve ever worked with as a buyers agent. They refused to distribute the funds to myself, my broker, my referall and gave it all to me to disburse to everyone myself. On top of this they wrote the check to my brokerage name instead of directly to me so it was impossible to cash into my account. They refused to re write the check and change the name or do an easy name change amendment. Because of this I now have to go and create an entire new bank account with my brokerage name instead just to cash a single commission check. Agents be wary, they will not be helpful or accommodating at all for any assistance or questions you may need.

Jada Watson was amazing during our process of signing our closing documents. She was fun, informative, and educational. Made us feel like family. Honestly, the whole office was amazing and welcomed us with open arms. Ches and Lucas were so helpful during our whole loan process. Days I would be stressed out, they would ease my mind. Couldn’t recommend them enough if you’re looking for a home, they make the process very smooth. 12/10 recommend.
