I purchased a home in November. My concern is that water is improperly draining in my backyard, creating a constant mud pit. This issue was originally highlighted during my home inspection and I was assured it had been resolved. During my virtual visit with Bill, he clearly stated that they would regrade the area and even suggested specific adjustments needed for my backyard. However, when Austin Topp visited, his nonchalant attitude left me feeling that the problem might never be resolved. He informed me of a policy requiring rain for observation, but it can't be too much rain, snow, or other precipitation. Please avoid buying a home from Lennar. My mortgage was denied for no apparent reason, but I was able to secure a mortgage from another bank and purchase a house with Dr. Horton. For the past six months, I have been trying to obtain my earnest money refund, but I have not received any response from Lennar. This company looks like a fraud. Please stay away from them. I am seeking legal assistance to recover my money.

Terrible, terrible experience all around with this builder. I had a pretty bad experience with their mortage team (went with another lender), but even after closing I experienced horrendous service, which prompted this review. Please use my story as a precaution. I closed on a property on 05/17/2024. I called the City of Dallas Water Utility service on 05/20/2024 and was told a building permit remained opened on the property. I notified the construction manager promptly on 05/20/2024 as well as Lennar Warranty service, only to be told that it will be addressed on 05/24/2024, then the week after, and then on 06/06/2024. I have informed them that I will physically move in soon and gave them 3 weeks to figure it out. It has been nothing but three weeks of failed promises to fix the problem.

Cheapest quality of materials and workmanship 1) water pressure is over the 80 psi 2) kitchen cabinets are not aligned and rattle when shut 3) caulking is missing on the windows 4) caulking, if done, is poorly done and finishing is poor 5) low quality countertop, barely 2 cm thick 6) cabinet bumpers are missing 7) some of the sprinklers in the back yard not functional 8) baseboard not painted properly When scheduled a call for warranty 1) rep claims everything is proprietary information, even the model of the recessed lights used 2) declined to fix anything Would never recommend buying a Lennar home to anyone.

We had a house buit in Princeton, Texas, at Arcadia Farms on 380. Apparently, our master shower has been leaking from the shower pan under the waterproofing and into the walls, creating Black mold under the pan and inside the walls. Lennar says, "It's not their problem as it's out of warranty." This is a problem that is slow moving but certainly creates an unhealthy environment. And it's not quickly noticed, especially when you're not looking for it. I called the Lennar management, and they will do NOTHING about it .. what ever happened to the old LENNAR that cared about their customers..????? They're fast at taking ypur $$ when ypu buy yhe house... yhen Ghost you when you need help or try to have something corrected. I wonder what the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU will think of this issu
