I highly recommend this community. It’s in a safe area and zoned for great schools! Dan Hoffman was great every step of the way and the Berkeley townhome floorplan is one of largest most spacious townhomes I’ve ever seen! Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The roads at this place are always dirty and cleaning them don't do anything because the construction vehicles track dirty back onto the road
The Berkley Townhomes garages cannot fit a standard sedan! Stay away from this community if you plan to park your standard sedan in the garage! The garage can only be used for storage, A CAR WILL NOT FIT!
