Lennar at Timber Creek

This area will be our next place of residence. There are many reasons why we chose Lennar at Timber Creek, but I'll offer my favorites. The location is perfect for us. Dealing with the professionalism of Moises Lee, we found it a very easy process to get the ball rolling. The "everything included" feature sold us. The home choice and options were perfect for our desires. The quality of construction is unparalleled. The amenities are to die for. Give it a serious look, if you're in the market for a new place to live your life to the fullest.

I follow the rules and get the pass and go through the correct gate and get access for a month at a time, but still have to wait 30 minutes to enter the gate because the staff refuse to scan my code because of the lane I'm in. Laziness at the front gate speaks volumes on what to offer inside.

Love the design of the house but here are a few pictures of the quality of work of the home and the problems we have been dealing since closing 10 months ago. The problems we have been dealing with are Mold, drywall, yard was flooded and torn out and resodded and we still have the same issue, stain on carpet, shower floor redone, foundation issue, ect. Some of these issue were addressed during the walk through and still not fix. It has been a total nightmare that we can’t even enjoy our home. Friends have told us we have a “brand new ghetto home”. I’ve been a resident of this community since it was first established five years ago, and I’ve been deeply dissatisfied since the beginning. From dealing with the HOA to the poorly maintained landscaping, it’s been an experience of constant overpromising and underdelivering. The community clubhouse, which is less than three years old, is already in disrepair, and the customer service has been anything but welcoming—staff often come across as hostile and entitled, forgetting that it’s the residents who cover their paychecks. There’s also a subtle but noticeable issue with profiling and a lack of inclusivity, despite claims that this is a “family community.” Children aren’t even allowed to fully enjoy themselves here. People are negative about the strangest things, there are a lot of negative voices in community posts about dogs. My experience has been that Timber creek is lovely. People are friendly. It's not perfect, but its a relatable resort style community. Not stuck up, and not run down. Right down the middle, great neighborhood for young families. Not too old of a community for the gulf coast. There are a lot of homes in the nieghborhood so there will be some negatives, but long term holders on homes in this neighborhood should come out ahead.
