Lennar at Savannah Quarters

See pics for current status of my "half a million dollar" home! Ridiculous. The contractors SUCK. They know after the sale they need to do repairs so day 1 you are dealing with warranty claims. I can't tell you how many hours I have spent waiting on contractors to come, waiting for repairs. The current repair is a water leak- penetrating inside the house- week 3 since it's been reported and still not fixed. AND it's raining and the plywood is exposed. I can't even tell you how many tickets keys I've had open. I'm sure this won't help...because they will see my review and not answer me. Honestly at this point we should have a class action suit!

Giving them 2 stars is very generous. This is our 3rd home purchase and the worst yet. This company takes very little pride in their work. There’s paint splatter on floors, in the kitchen sink and on carpet. We asked if they could do a better clean…crickets. The backyard space is swamped with water and has yet to be resolved. The response is “it meets our standards”. Walkthrough matters are still not resolved. We are new to this area and really was hoping for a better quality home buying experience. This is a great neighborhood but the homes are not built well.

In my 36 years as a Real Estate Broker I don't know that I have met a loan officer as combative as Kaiser. He literally could not remember from one conversation to the next what he previously stated. My opinion is that he is deceptive and preys on first time home buyer's who are more vulnerable to the buying process. My advice is for buyer's to do their due diligence when considering a lender, otherwise the builder incentive (in my clients case $5,000.00) that you are told you will be receiving may be sucked up in unnecessary fees and or discount points. I have sold numerous homes built by Lennar, in fact I own one myself. While I have to date been very pleased with Lennar as a whole, I would never trust Lennar Mortgage as a lender nor Kaiser as a loan officer for myself, and certainly not

One star for the quality of the work and material. No stars for their response to issues. Three stars for layout - there could be less doors in the master suite. And negative stars for the irrigation system that either floods or doesn't water and the guys who 'helped' me by setting the timers and telling me that's it, as opposed to listening to me and working with me.
