Lennar at Preserve at LPGA

House construction quality is average. Poor customer service. Electrical problems. However, most concerning is the risk of flooding. Grading is poor and the whole neighborhood suffers from stagnant water after each rain. Sometimes, it takes days for water to drain from my backyard. As you can see in the images, the cemented area just outside the backdoor fills up to an inch below the threshold. This happens after any little rain. I am worried when will happen when any storm hits. If you haven't yet bought a property here, just make sure you go around the area when it is still raining or immediately after. If I were to do it again, I would not buy it here. Lennar management keeps saying they are looking in to it. I am not sure what is there to look other than correcting the grading they

Good service and conversation with the staff here. We were looking for a new home but not much to see here because the homes were not available. Nice community layout and close to everything we needed.

I felt that they are cheaply designed. The bathrooms are especially ugly, the tile was old fashion, the fixtures low grade as well. The only upgrade considered at all was maybe the flooring but that was not throughout so...

A great new community for the ever growing Florida life style people. Convenient to major roads and shopping. Let's not forget that it is a short drive to the beach.

Nothing is on time. They promise everything and don’t deliver. And he HOA is especially terrible. The pool is still not open ( that’s a 7 month delay from what was promised.) 0/10
