WARNING DO NOT SIGN ANY DOCUMENTS OR TRANSFER FUNDS TO LENNAR WITHOUT LEGAL COUNSEL FIRST!! I signed documents online back in June of 2023 for lot 0754. Also, I transferred $42,975.50 deposit as stated in the agreement. During that time I was in a Tampa Hospital undergoing lengthy cancer treatment. Once returning to Fort Myers, I put my Condo on the market. After 6 months there were no offers and the market values where dropping quickly. I told my sales agent Stephanie that my property was off the market since prices were falling. We then signed a cancellation agreement ending on August 16th, 2024. Our home buying experience has been nothing short of amazing! Stephanie has been in touch with us frequently to update us on the progress of our house. The process is easy and convenient and makes a first time buying experience so much less stressful! We are so excited to call our house a home soon!

See update also****My wife and I moved into Portico over 3 years ago. We like it very much here!. The homes are well built and a great value. For our Princeton ll model (about 2200 SQ. Ft. ) The Electric bill is normally about $120./ month.. Water normally about $60/ mo. And fees....HOA is about $450/quarter and Amenity center fees about $200/ Quarter .. So fees currently total about $2600 per year.. Taxes also reasonable as we are full time residents and can FL. homestead the taxes. There are not a lot of custom changes possible... they are a bit on the "cookie cutter" side.....but these homes are like ordering a Toyota....not a Ferrari... You really get a great quality and energy efficient home because there are not too many changes possible for the builders. We like living here because

We closed on our home and moved in 1 week ago and we love it. Bryan wheeler in the sales office is terrific! He really worked with us and kept us updated with weekly pictures on the progress of the construction on our home. He really cares that you're happy and get the service you deserve. He really goes above and beyond. We'd recommend working with him any day!!!

Look , they build quality homes at an affordable price point.I’m literally building one right now. However that is where it stops. The actual customer service is terrible , and keeping people updated on the progress of the home in non existent. If you add pressure or call god forbid. The house just gets done slower and slower. So don’t do that. Also pay attention to the contract and purchase agreement. They can literally change your completion date for any reason. I am told all builders are most likely the same. However I bought a house from Beezer homes in SC when I was there and it was an awesome experience and it was also brand new. Maybe I should have just gone with a Pascal house in this area.
