if your realtors name is "rob" That's not just the first name it's an occupation. do not buy from lennar. you will learn the meaning of the word regret. just look down at your pavers and see if there's a gap because they didn't even bother to put the $26 bag of polymeric sand to prevent Reed's from growing up through them. that should be your sign that everything else works the same.

Don’t Buy LENNAR a month after closing and still a dishwasher that doesn’t work, front door incorrect installation, Garage door does not work correctly, the homes only have SPRINKLERS in the front NO SPRINKLERS in the back and it’s a cheaper grass in the back, several doorways are warped so much you can see through to the room. No vanity lights, no medicine cabinets etc

This is coming from a resident do not buy houses there liberty preserve HOA will take to court try take your house over a flower at front of yours own house 🚩

The homes are nice, but as a new resident I must say that they really are not very responsive once they get their money. I was rushed into the home at the end of the month so they would not have to carry it another month, and there were still about 50 items that needed to be addressed from the final walkthrough. It has now been 2 months since closing, and at least half that list still remains. Most of the items fixed I just decided to take care of myself because I wasn't getting responses. They often claim scheduling problems delay their response, but many of the items that need attention are outside the home and could be fixed without a scheduled appointment.

We are new home owners, we were in no way expecting the home buying process to be easy, but no one could have ever expected it to be this bad!! From the start we were told one thing and they tried to hit us with others. They have changed closing dates 5 times on us at last minute! Their communication is more than undesirable. It takes weeks of prying and annoying multiple people to get a simple yes or no answer. Days of continuous wondering and in the dark about our own home. We love the house and cannot wait to be moved in but if we can avoid never having to deal with these people in the future we will be happy as clams! 10/10 recommend you going somewhere else and getting honest service from people who care! They clearly don’t!
