My experience with the sales team in this community has been overwhelmingly disappointing. After speaking with four different consultants, only Jason Bosse demonstrated professionalism, transparency, and a genuine willingness to help. He is the one person I would recommend working with. Unfortunately, my interactions with Jennifer, Norman, and Don were the opposite. Communication was inconsistent, questions went unanswered, and the overall attitude felt dismissive toward serious buyers. Communication through the whole home buying process was not great. I still have emails with questions that were never responded to. The homes are nice and lot sizes are decent. Main issue we had was finding out all the things that didn’t come with the house at the final walk through. During the initial walkthrough the house was still in the finishing stages of being built and we were told specifically that the only things not included in the new build were a washer and drier and blinds. Which we were understanding of. Then on the final walk through we found out the house wasn’t going to come with a garage door opener or gutters. The situation felt sort of petty and deceiving. They say that all of our stuff has a warranty. Let me just tell you whoever is over the warranty, they suck. And it’s so hard to get ahold of anyone. Just moved in a month ago, and the AC does not cool in our bedroom. AC people were to show up a couple days ago. No one ever came. Mind you we submitted a request about a month ago for this. Now we have noticed that there’s standing water all by our fence. And it looks like our neighbors fence (they haven’t moved in yet) the fence is raising up. So they won’t be happy when they move in. And now our grass in backyard is dying, because our sprinkler system in the backyard has stopped working. AFTER ONLY 1 month. Don’t even worry about buying a house here. Because it’s just problem, after problem. And they don’t once you have purchased your home

Ok im a Realtor... so I am a little biased. The process was not the smoothest and I hope they are addressing... but know this if you are dealing with Rebecca, Alejandro or Blake... they are winners! Great people and they made my people smile ear to ear... I don't have their contact info... but just know ... yall are amazing!
