Ana the realtor here is very good she took care of my needs and my family's needs. She even took the time to offer us water and went over the different types of products and services that the company has. When selling a home. She is very pleasant there's nothing negative to say about this place however. We need more people like Ana😊

Like the neighborhood and we are getting the house with the elevation we wanted, but really felt rushed to put down money to lock the house in and we had zero input as to what options we wanted. Like zero, pick the color NO. Upgrades? NO. Pick the kitchen tiles? NO. And to me that is frustrating. We dropped $20K in May, it is the end of July and it is just a little more than the foundation. We are excited about the house but really wanted to have more input is all. Hopefully it will be done by Christmas.

Just drove around to visit new area. Very pretty houses and nice landscaping. Much too crowded for my taste. Definitely what I would call a bedroom community for like minded people, I saw very little individuality of home design or landscaping.

What a joke. NEVER purchase with Lennar!! They will build a sub par home and not stand behind their service. The salesmen, William Arce will lie through his teeth and tell you anything you want to hear. I cannot discourage anyone enough, STAY AWAY FROM LENNAR HOMES!!

Beautiful community. Everyone of our customers have been nicer than the last. Well maintained looks like a great place to live
