Lenders Title Company- Knoxville

Sadly, the folks at Lenders Title Company in Knoxville have absolutely no idea what they are doing. They lost our documents and were never able to properly do a closing. If for some reason you mistakenly do a closing here, do not trust that anything will actually be done properly. These folks should shut their office down and go try to do something else. Do not use this title company. Leslie and Michelle are the most inept closing agents I have ever encountered in over 20 years in the mortgage business. I used them for a purchase closing on 8/29. Purchases are same day fundings but not with Lenders Title. Lenders Title failed to send funding conditions in a timely manner. in addition multiple enails and calls to resolve the issue went unaswered. When I finally spoke to Leslie she provided inaccurate information about when funding conditions would be submitted to the financial institution. The loan was in danger of needing to re-close. Finally on 9/3 funding authorization was obtained and funds were disbursed on 9/4. This level of customer service is unacceptable and well below industry standards.
