This is how Leland Management will treat your community. RUN! This is located in West Haven a community near Champions Gate.
This the worst Property managers you can hire. If you live in one their HOA be ready to pay many tickets around the year, the Security persons they hire are not taking care of residents safety but more interested in calling sheriff to enforce parking laws in over populated communities. Not recommend this properties to live.
Attended Keystone Pointe HOA Board meeting. Office is well maintained.
The worst management company, they don’t take care of anything. No one goes by the neighborhood to see if everyone is in compliance. The association manager ANAIS is never to be found. What a joke.
Bad costumer services, web page absolutely “not friendly “ for homeowners, worst customer service
