Lehigh Flats Apartments

This is a great community with excellent facilities and well-planned infrastructure. They offer a wide range of housing options—from single-bedroom units to spacious double bedrooms with a den—making it easy to find something that fits your needs. The maintenance team is reliable and quick to respond. I once had an emergency issue with the toilet around 2 AM, and despite the late hour, they came promptly and fixed it without delay. Their responsiveness really stands out. For a very reasonable price, we get access to amazing amenities including a gym, pool, theater room, and gaming zone. The location is also a big plus—it's very close to the university, which is extremely convenient. Overall, a comfortable, well-maintained place with great value for the price. Highly recommend!

It seems to be one of the best communities in Newark. The complex has easy access to downtown and public transportation. The services and maintenance are excellent, and they respond to your requests very quickly. Anything that breaks in the home will be repaired for you at no cost. The buildings are cleaned every week. There are several shops and restaurants around the community, so you can easily take care of your daily shopping. Most importantly, the residents of this community are all respectable, well-mannered, and very organized. I have lived in many buildings across the United States, and I assure you this is one of the best.

The leasing office is very nice and helpful. I have enjoyed living here so far. Amenities are nice (full kitchen, slow close cabinets, in unit washer and dryer, intercom system for guests or deliveries) Very convenient location for UD students. Campus shuttle stops right at the apartments and the DART bus stop is only a 5 minute walk.

Lehigh Flats is a very pleasant place to call home. The administration is approachable and accommodating, as are many of the fellow tenants. Issues such as noise complaints are handled swiftly and professionally. Parking has not been an issue and the surrounding area, i.e. the lawn care and other things of that nature, seems to be regularly maintained. My initial impression of these apartments was good, and my experience thus far has not given me any reason to think otherwise. In regard to the property and its employees, it is an exceptional place to live for students and full-time working individuals alike. For those of you out there that are considering moving in the near future, I would recommend checking this place out for sure.

I have been living at the Lehigh Flats for the past Year,. The whole Onboarding process was really easy and transparent. Nate from the leasing office help me out by showing me the available units, the apartments are modern, wooden floor. Have convenient access to Main Street. Young and diverse crowd all around and super close to the fire department. Location wise it’s very good.
