Legends of Wildcat Creek Apartments

I lived here in a two bedroom apartment with my husband for three years. Apartments are nice with plenty of sun and beautiful windows. The apartments were large but still felt homey. The property was well kept up with pretty landscaping. It was in a safe quiet area just outside of town with lots of churches nearby, very picturesque. With the exception of some very loud neighbors the area was quiet and there were few issues with hearing each other through the walls. The best thing about this apartment was definitely the in unit laundry room (although if you didn't own a washer and dryer it was $50/month to rent them). The biggest issue was the heating. I have lived here for 8 years. Excellent place to rent overall. It is located right next to the golf course, good balconies, maintenance is reliable, The apartments are superbly clean, no bed bug issues, they have laundry rooms inside the apartments (competition does not), it has a workout room, swimming pool, a very safe place for walking, very friendly staff (who sadly have no control of the rent), Nobody with a felony record is allowed to rent here, tenants are highly diverse, their surveillance system is effective, and trash can be taken out at anytime. I have lived here since 2016! I personally feel like I have the best unit in this facility! Living close to the woods offers a peaceful setting no matter the season! I have been fortunate enough to have pretty good neighbors throughout my time here. I’m now currently the longest staying person in my unit. I do think that the office staff and maintenance staff begin to remember who you are after a bit of time. Its comforting to know that the workers know who lives in the apartment complex. I also like the parking tags. When I first moved in there were no restrictions on parking so I could come home and have to park far from my unit but I think the management realized there was a problem and they fixed it. I moved in 2 days ago and the apartment is spotless. The natural lighting is perfect and the living space in general is large and beautiful. I have overloaded the office staff with questions and they have been so nice and accommodating. Chelsea has made this move so easy for me! It’s a quiet area and I love it here so far
