Legend V Apartments

The work order was put in on Monday afternoon and they were here first thing Tuesday morning and fixed everything we had on the list and did an excellent job!!! Thank you Maintenance!

First off being part of the U.S. Armed Forces and how I was highly recommended to move to this apartment I am truly disappointed. On 18 MAR 24 I drove over 12 tireless hours from my last Unit with myself and a friend with all of my belongings in a U-Haul just to find out my apartment was a disastrous mess. I was promised that my 2 bedroom would be ready only to see what I believe was Cujo the Dog tore through it like he was in heat. There was Dog and Human hair EVERYWHERE. I am allergic to Dog hair which I thought with an Apartment so "Luxury" I wouldn't have to worry about such things. There was smashed what I believed was Pumpkins everywhere. I used to think this was the place to live, not anymore! I met a girl that is moving from there that was a domestic violence victim, poor thing went thru hell. The manger waited for the girl to get out of the hospital, and come home to no car because he totalled it, and apartment damaged and made sure to kick her down even further. The law states that you cant threaten a domestic violence victim of non renewal of lease, and they didn't just threaten, they did it. That management helped that man victimize that poor girl. They also have harassed her, found ways to write her up, so she couldn't find another place. I hope she gets an attorney and sues the crap out of them!

I moved here 1 1/2 months ago. Apartment was clean, but I have put in several maintenance requests. They have all been taken care of in a timely fashion. I’ve also had to deal with management a couple times. They have been both friendly and helpful. I’m very happy with the move to LegendsV.

I am beyond impressed with the Office Staff here at Legend V. We have over 350 units nationwide for our company and the customer service at this office is way above any competition they may have in their market. (and I have units at another apartment location close by) They recently in the last 6 months got a new staff and they impress me daily. Their communication to the community is very professional and constant so that everyone is aware of updated, closures, or weather related information we may need. I was in Property Management for 17 years before I started doing what I do now, and that ishhhh is not easy.
