Armando and Galilea have been so awesome to work with! We are getting on in years and they could see that we needed some help in getting our house ready to sell. They just took the initiative and started refinishing our wood floors, patching picture frame holes, cleaning, it’s been amazing. As a first time home buyer I was extremely nervous about the whole process not really knowing how to go about it and what to look for etc. I told Armando I didn’t really know what I was doing and he immediately pointed out details about each house we looked at and explained everything step by step. He sent me lots of potential properties and when I wanted to see a property he made it happen according to my schedule. Armondo Roses was fantastic! I can’t say enough about him. Outside of being an amazing realtor he is a great human being. I say this because it is rare these days. He genuinely cares about people. This is a man that puts his street clothes on when he needs to and grinds and works. I was shocked when I showed up to my house I was selling and he was there in his street clothes cleaning.
