Legacy Concord Apartments

I lived here now for almost a year. I love our apartment and all of the amenities. The maintenance team has been great at responding quickly to requests. The management company has been great about planning events for the residents and inviting food vendors onsite. Rent is reasonable in my opinion and the increases are surprisingly minimal.

My cousin has been living at these apartments for about a year, and she loves them. She hasn't had any issues as of yet, and everything goes smoothly with her. Other residents are respectful, and there are no issues or fights with anyone that she knows off. I cam for the first time on a Saturday to enjoy the pool. The pool is located right in the middle of the apartments and behind the clubhouse. It's super easy to locate. It's a big pool and kind of reminded me of a lazy river. Has a section for small kids to be able to stand up and play in. Different little spots for you to go explore and venture in. It wasn't crowded and had plenty of room to swim in the pool. I am so grateful to call this place my home. The community is outstandingly clean. Everything is exactly where it needs to be. Been living here since October and can’t wait for the upcoming years. Legacy always has the best events and trucks. Love this community🥰

I've been renting here 5 1/2 years now. Its a beautiful well maintained property. Quick response from leasing & maintenance staff. Pretty quiet a peaceful. I enjoy living here. I will be here as long as things stay this way.

This is a very quiet community, I personally enjoy my view. It has spacious bedrooms, and living and kitchen areas. I love the amenities that are offered here to us. They are always doing activities or having various food trucks. Very nice staff.
