Legacy Community Partners

I'm on the board for our HOA, and they've been very easy to work with. Reading some of the complaints, they sound like home owners and not board members. Legacy acts per the instructions of your board so maybe they need to get better board members.

My (our) experience with our HOA Management Representative has been outstanding. He has been informative, responsive and always looks out for the betterment of our community. Complaints are handled well and always tries to work out any problems before they become bigger issues. So, all I can say is keep up the good work and we will work together!!

Angie was so cheerful/happy first thing in the morning!! She was very patient and helped me resolve my issue!! I am sure the owners and homeowners appreciate her excellent attitude and problem solving abilities!!

Very pleased with the staff, it is a great pleasure working with individuals that know what they're doing and truly care. They have made things very easy for us as board members. It is night and day compared to the previous management company.

Our experience with legacy HOA has been terrible. They sent us a fine citing weeds, then when I asked for an explanation, they said there were two weeds in our yard that justified a $50 fine without any notice or warning. I've asked for an explanation as to what constitutes a fine, and they have as of yet still not informed me of anything. I don't know a reasonable person who thinks two weeds is worthy of a $50 fine
