After 2 months leaving in this property I have nothing but good comments about it. The areas are very clean, the property is quite and kids playground it looks in really good conditions. I had a problem with my heater and it got fixed in less than 3 days. The moving process was effortless thanks to Melissa, (manager) who helped my with every step.

Management is on point, very friendly team. Thank you Alejandra for always attending me.

Let me start off by saying this apartment complex is horrible! My fiancé stayed there and when it was time for him to put in his notice to move no one was never in the rent office. Come to find out they was changing management. So he put a 60 day notice in the drop box he called several times (no answer) went by the office no one was never there. So in January around the 15 a new property manager started. So he explains to her what was going on she blatantly told him she can’t honor anything prior to her not being there and she was going to charge him for the extra 2 month on his rent. Let’s not forget that she made a racist comment to him! ( this community is only for the Spanish not blacks) I would advise that no one live here and plus the apartment has bug. You best believe this is not

They get bothered because I was drying my shirt outside but they're not bothered that's there's three windows in a complex that are broken and they refuse to fix the windows and it's been three months. Please focus on your priorities
