Legacy at Sans Souci

I moved in during 2023 and have lived here through 2025 — it has been peaceful and comfortable. The sunrise and sunset views from the balcony are absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend living at Legacy Sans Souci. Conversations with Estella, the property manager, are always wonderful. The staff is always there and makes sure everything is well maintained. Will truly miss it here. Xoxo

I recently moved out of my apartment after living there for a year, and I want to say how much I truly loved my experience. The apartment was perfect—spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained. I especially appreciated the friendly community and the attentive management team especially Estela, who made every interaction smooth and pleasant. Living there felt like home, and I genuinely enjoyed every moment. It was a bittersweet decision to leave, as I had grown so attached to the place. While I’m sad to be leaving such a wonderful community, I’m grateful for the memories and the comfort my apartment provided. I highly recommend Legacy at Sans Souci to anyone looking for a pet friendly, well-kept place to call home.

My daughter announced 4 years ago that she was moving from Atlanta to Miami for a job. She didn't know anyone there at the time. We did lots of research ahead of time trying to find the best, safest and affordable apartment for her as a single young adult. We looked at many apartments and finally settled on Legacy at Sans Souci. We really liked the apartment, the area and the staff was warm and welcoming but also holds a high expectation of their tenants. This has been a wonderful place for her to live and as parents, we felt that she was in a very safe place. Estela goes above and beyond her job as the on site manager. As a parent she has been a great comfort to us knowing she is there in case something were to ever be needed for our daughter. We couldn't have asked for a better pl

It was a pleasure to call Legacy Sans Souci my home for 3 years. With so much to offer and so many shops and restaurants near me, it has definitely been an ideal place to live. And the staff was amazing! Estela who oversees everything was always so sweet and helpful and definitely helped make this place home for me.
