Legacy at Linden Park

Have been a resident here for about a year now. The experience has been positive so far. 1) The maintenance is very quick in responding after logging a ticket. 2) Community events arranged at frequent intervals taking care of the fun part. 3) The community is spread out over a large area with lots of greenery. Is very pleasant to take a walk amidst nature. 4) Regular notifications from the office about any checks/filter changes/pesticide spray/weather advisory etc.

We have been living here for nearly a year now. We really like this place. The staff are very friendly and patient, and the service is timely and considerate. We enjoy the woods outside Sun's window, the chirping of birds, the setting sun...

So far everything has been really good! They're super pet friendly to the point 3 pets are accepted!!! That is so great!!! apartments are very spacious, the staff are very welcoming and attentive to our needs, the price is affordable, the landscape and the view to the sunrise and sunset is breathtaking, and neighbors are way better than our previous apartment complex, they're welcoming and actually greet you when you walk by. So, I love that. The only thing I would complain about would be the pool and amenities; they're so far away... it would be ideal to have another pool closer to the units from 12-14 and surrounds.... and another dumpster that isn't far away, moreover to keep under control the wasps and bees. My dog does his business and there are so many bees and wasps in the mornings

Legacy at Linden Park is an amazing place to live, and our experience there was truly made special because of Kristian. The community itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers a great balance of comfort and convenience, but it’s the people who make the difference and Kristian is without a doubt one of the main reasons we loved living here. Rent goes up every year. When I lived there told them ice maker didn’t work and garbage disposal wasn’t working. Never fixed it. I asked to be shown how to clean the filter on the dishwasher and was told to just use jet dry. When moved got a huge bill for them to redo the apartment at my expense. I would not suggest anyone moving here unless you want to throw money out. Never enough parking for the amount of apartments. I work second shift and many times had to park up at the 100 building and walk to my apartment.
