Legacy at Berkeley Place

These apartments are literally being held together by tape, paint, and glue. I’ve only been here for a month or less and I promise I go to the office for some reason or another every week. When I first moved in, the stove, oven, and bathtubs were filthy to the point I had to call them to come clean them. I’ve dealt with toilet issues, and now my upstairs neighbors’ whatever is flooding down in my apartment, which explains why they force you to buy rental insurance. Add to that, the floors are severely thin. So, whenever whoever lives on top of me let their child run throughout the apartment it is an awful sound. You can hear them running, walking, and even when they open/close their front door. I 100% do not recommend. Keep in mind, they charge you 4x the rent (2x the rent as a break your

This place is okay when it comes to easy travel through town but my dog the apartments itself are a piece of work. The WiFi always goes down, and the A/C never works . I have submitted numerous work tickets and all I’ve been told is “give it some time and it’ll come back up” or “just buy a fan”

I’ve lived in my 1 bedroom apartment for my 2nd year & have a good rapport with the office staff - they are more than helpful anytime that I submitted a work order or actually went to the clubhouse if I had problems with making a rental payment. This will more than likely be my forever home. Also enjoy the amenities; looking forward to using the pool this summer! All in all, I give Legacy @ Berkeley Place a 4 star rating.

The leasing specialist and manager made it absolutely a priority and an amazing process to transition from deployment to this apartment complex! They are extremely knowledgeable and communicative with any issues or general concerns. I love have involved they are with setting up community events! ❤️

I have lived in the Berkeley Place apartments for over 2 years now and I absolutely love them. The pool, the gym, the theater room, and the location are unmatched. Even if you want to go to Raleigh you can take a right out of the complex and hit Hwy 70. It is right outside of the busy area of Berkeley and close enough to be extremely convenient! I have a 3 bed 2 bath along with a storage unit inside the complex, it is spacious with a large master bath and walk-in closet. If you have any problems at all maintenance is quick and fixes the problem. There is also a dog park and grills for residents use!
