I would have loved to use their services. Only problem is that they only have one property manager named Paige who hasn't been in the office or able to receive my repeated messages for about 10 consecutive days. Meanwhile, the office attendant does NOT seems capable of completing the simple task of passing along messages as well as remembering people who have left multiple messages. It just seems like they do not want to conduct any business at all. Such a shame honestly.

We ended up not using them for now but Bambi was very responsive and explained how they work. They came recommended and we would have used them, and may still, if our neighbor had not come over and rented our house.

I am completely dissatisfied and disappointed in this Agency. Red flag #1 that I shoulda picked up on is when visiting their office to sign paperwork and it was unorganized and cluttered, red flag #2 is reporting after only seven weeks of living there that there was a roach and termite infestation and was told it was up to me to take care of but as a courtesy gave a one time treatment which didn’t help, and red flag #3 have place numerous maintenance requests/ emails to the owner of leesburg for rent about Legit repair on the Celling that is now hanging down and almost a year later has not been fixed. If your looking at this agency thinking your gonna get good landlord /tenant no BS and gets the job done with no haste or hassle kinda agency look elsewhere.

Leesburg For Rent Property Management is the best. They have the experience to help owner maximize the rental income and go above and beyond to respond to issues that tenants bring to them. It's been over six years and they are like my family in Florida.

This company is super ethical and affordable. They're a dream as I'm out of state and have Florida investments. I use to work with a different property management company - and they were so terrible! It's so nice to know places like this exist. I'm thrilled to have their continuous help and support while I sit back and collect passive income!
