I lived at this property for approximately four years, and without a doubt, it was one of the best living experiences I’ve had. I was fortunate that the unit was fully renovated prior to my move-in. The property manager, and maintenance staff were consistently responsive, professional, and so friendly—any issues were addressed promptly. While the location can be a bit noisy for units near the street, overall, it was a very positive experience.

I lived at Ledgewood property for two years, and I have to say, the manager Scott and the maintenance team are fantastic. They're really responsible and make sure to address any single issue as quickly as possible. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for affordable housing close to WPI, UMASS, and plenty of shopping centers.

5 stars? More like TEN stars. Management was nothing but helpful. They have only ever missed one call from me and they called me back within a millisecond. Not to mention the pool… I thought i was at a 4 seasons. Only suggestion is a fake palm tree would really do it for me. If i could sign a lifetime lease… i would!

Great place! Scott from management is excellent and very responsive. Premises is always clean and well maintained!
