Communication and follow through are their biggest weaknesses. I have been here for almost 8 years and for 8 years I have had to bring the code inspector out multiple times a year for the most ridiculous things from trimming thorns to getting the snow taken care of or fixing a stair so it’s not falling off. At one point the post office gave us notice they were not going to deliver mail because our steps were too dangerous, the steps were replaced by a cheap crew who did not adhere to city and state requirements and built the stairs too high making the last step about 18 inches. I do more repairs on my own because work orders can take 2-3 weeks for a 2 minute fix. I want to start off by saying how professional and amazing ledgeview is ! My leasing agent Sara was amazing , respectful , and the best ever! Within 1 week I was moved into my new apartment she helped and guided me through the whole process I highly recommend making ledgeview your property go to.

I have been living at a Ledgeview property for 3 years. They are very attentive to maintenance requests with quick turn around times. However, their strength is in the office staff, specifically Sara LaChance. They have been beyond accommodating, very responsive and so easy to work with. Because of this, my daughters and I have been able to make a great home in our apartment!

So disappointed! DO NOT RECOMMEND ! I was told the application process would take 48 hours. I handed everything in the same day hoping by the time I tour I would have an answer if I was approved or not! I was completely eligible for the apartment my income matched my credit and my background check! Brittany did not communicate anything with me except for the fact that two days later they were still doing showings and taking applications for the apartment which is a $50 non refundable application! Why?! Why do more tours and applications for people to get turned down even if they are eligible? Well, because they want your $50 application fee! Not mention most of there units has floors you can sled on and roach traps! It’s honestly disgusting the way these companies rent these properties out

I just purchased a condominium at Bayview Terrace in Hooksett, and a lot needed to be done. From the very beginning, I've been working with Emily, at the Ledgeview Commercial. Very cordial and extremely prompt in all my requests, Emily adressd all my issues and concerns in the fastest and the most professional manner. On top of everything, Emily is kind and funny and extremely approachable in all aspects of her her duties. She is a valuablet asset to this management company. Thank you Emily!
