Leader Bank- Needham Mortgage Loan Office

We had reached out to Leader bank, specifically to Matt Miller through a recommendation. We were buying our first house and looking for a local bank. We received a good offer but ended up going for a similar offer with another bank only because we had been talking to them longer. We stayed in contact because Matt was really nice throughout the process. We eventually got the chance to refinance and received another great rate from Matt. The whole process was very smooth. In the meantime, we have recommended Matt and Leader bank to our friends as well and they all had similar great experience.

We have used Bryan and Leader Bank for three mortgages now (my daughter's, my own, and my refinance) and cannot be happier with the experience. Everything went smoothly, and all of our questions were quickly answered, so we knew what to expect all along the way. If rates drop again to make another refinance worth it, I would not hesitate to use them again.

First time home buyer, purchasing a manufactured home and had a horrible experience. 30 days into the whole process, and on closing day, found out through our lender David Kurzman that we cannot be financed due to leased land despite this being known at the very beginning. Now being forced to find another lender when we were supposed to be moving in this weekend.
