Very accommodating. Prefer for small family with kids. Children feel safe, walking to, and from School. We are out of the County Library and the County courthouse and the police station. The location is absolutely excellent. You’re within walking distance of Safeway and many other stores which will mean that you don’t necessarily have to have a car. There is a bus stop for the CUE bus on Layton Hall Drive Staff. Rhina and Darryal Are super friendly, respectful, and happy to help whether it’s at your door or around the property

I've lived at Layton Hall for 16 years and it has a number of pluses and a significant number of minuses . The location is absolutely excellent. You are within walking distance of Safeway and a number of other stores that will will mean that you don't necessarily have to have a car. There is a bus stop for the CUE bus on Layton Hall drive, this will take you to the subway or a number of other stores that are slightly outside of walking distance. Another benefit to the location is that you are on an emergency road, so the roads are always plowed quickly. If you do have a car you're going to be able to get around, if you walk you will also be able to get around. You are near the county library, and the county courthouse. Mice are running around, cockroaches everywhere, the AC doesn’t work at all. I visit my girlfriend often she stay there. The worst management. I talk to the manager about an issue, she thinks she owns the property, rude and unprofessional. and doesn’t know how to talk. I think it’s lack of education.
